Fashion shoot

After a long time of being non-active, I've finally taken the step and had a shoot.
I happen to love snow so when this week I woke up to find snow I just HAD to do something with that!
My darling friend Lianne helped me by being the model.
You can call this my first 'real' shoot since I had to prepare, style and take a huge step by freezing my friend.

She did a great job!! Even though she was freezing!!
I learned a lot with this shoot, like, always have hot cocoa ready for my friends!
I will post some photo's on DA when I'm finished.

Just like a circus

Saturday I went to the circus with my little brother.
Incase nobody knew, I am a sucker for circusses¿ (though Fairs are still my number one favorite!!!!)
I guess I just love lights or something or the performs.
Anyway, when I got there I expected more then what I got.
I expected lions, tigers maybe even a giraf or two?
What I got however was a small tent with a circus which is run by a family is you ask me...so not so big.
However! I did have a good time there.

I realised I was dissapointed in not getting to see more 'impressive' animals doing tricks. Right after I thought I was acting spoiled! Why not appreciate the simple, and maybe less 'impressive' things people get?
So I just sat there and reminded myself to appreciate it and I had a good time.

I just wanted to share that I guess. I've been very aware of the little apreciations in life that I want others to realize this also.

Modeste Désir {the day after}

Well I've uploaded all of my Modeste Désir photos. I found out that it ain't much. The cause? Bad quality. I'm really sad about that.. Some of the photos are good but are too...private I guess to put on the internet. I do appreciate my privacy.

My thoughts? I love every one of them! I can't help it! They give me a soft feeling even though I think the photos themselves are very dark.
Here I give you one, I think it's just my favorite. This one shows exactly what was in my head when I took the photos.



Lately I've been to busy to do some more, I've been wanting to go out and enjoy the good weather by photographing but to no succes.

When I've gotten an idea for something new I will post right away! Till then!

Modeste Désir preview

Well I started actually doing something again. I took some shots while playing with curtains. I had an idea when I first started but I got some entirly different shots out of it. I like them a lot! Maybe more then my original idea, though that ain't possible.

You can already find the finished ones on A.deviantart. The shots from my original concept are still on their way. I’m trying to finish them today because I will be gone tomorrow for two weeks.
So wait for 'Modeste Désir'. The title is French because of the book I'm reading, which currents in France so I had no other choice. Anyway I hope people will enjoy them.
